Once you have made the decision to sell your home or property call Jennifer for a private consultation.
Jennifer will begin the listing process by arranging for a private tour of your home with you. She will discuss and evaluate the condition of home which includes renovations, or improvements. Jennifer will discuss pricing, comparables, recent sales, market conditions, and any issues that may effect the sale of your home. Pricing your home is the most important aspect of the selling process. She will make sure you have all the facts and information to make an educated decision. Building a strong professional relationship with you from the beginning.
Jennifer will make professional recommendations as to how to stage your home, getting rid of clutter and personal items, cleaning, renovations, and discuss issues that may effect pricing of your home. Preparing your home to sell can take a day or several weeks depending on your individual situation.

- Use Social Media to promote and advertise your home or property. This may include Facebook, snapchat, linkin, pinterest, twitter
- Network through email, direct mail, telephone with personal contacts and her professional circles promoting your home
- Mail Post Cards to neighbors and prospects
